Chilli Crab

Uniquely Singapore, Chilli Crab is one of our homegrown dishes. Sri Lankan Crab cooked with
a sweet tomato sauce chilli. Paired with mantou (steam bun) makes this dish truly divine.

Satay

Think of it as a Singapore style of skewered meat. Offered in beef/mutton/chicken/pork and
served with traditional ketupat rice and peanut sauce. If you are lucky, some peanut sauce
comes with grated pineapple

Laksa

Thick vermicelli with curry like gravy. The sweet and spicy flavors mixed with an abundance
of coconut milk. Famous Laksa can have queues as long as 30 mins waiting time.

An assortment of ingredients chosen based on your preference. Offered in both soup and dry,
a simple meal for anyone who wants something lighter tasting.

Bak Chor Mee (Minced Meat Noodles)

Minced meat tossed in chilli/tomato sauce served dry usually. However, there are some
famous for its soup version.
